Address Beach Resort is 74-story tower development, 479 residential apartments as well as 496 serviced- branded apartments. The project is a multi-story, mixed-use development with built up area of approximately 242,000m2. The towers, which have a total height of 290m, occupy a prime location at the end of Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) district, overlooking the beach. The building comprises three podium. Dar Al Rokham LLC has done stone work of extremal cladding, internal cladding, Lift lobby flooring and cladding, all guest rooms using materials, Unsui Zen, Bianco Perlino, Palissandro, Queen White, Caliza Zarci.
